JANAKPUR, Oct 23 - Five people critically injured in Wednesday's blast of Janakpur were airlifted to the capital for further medical treatment on Thursday.
Injured Satrughan Raut, Surendra Singh, Jogeshwor Thakur, Rajendra Mahato and Shivdev Mahato were flown to the capital today.
At least 11 people were injured when the workers of Terai Rastriya Mukti Morcha and Terai Army detonated a bomb at the premises of Land Revenue Office here at Janakpur of Dhanusha district yesterday. Workers of the two underground outfits had created a "mock scuffle" nearby and to divert police personnel's attention and exploded the "cylinder bomb" at around 3 pm when the office was crowded with visitors.
One "Akash Tyagi", who identified himself as the Morcha's district leader owned up the blast.
