Demanding action against the guilty and reasonable compensation to the family of the victim, the Rickshaw Puller's Association had obstructed the Highway at two rotaries —Lions Chowk and Pulchowk—from 8 this morning.
Dil Bahadur BK, resident of Hariban in Sarlahi district, was killed last week when a truck rammed him in Narayangarh.
